General Package
Standard receiving, SKU setup, picking, packing and dispatch support are included in the fulfillment workflow. No separate handling fee for a general package.
Shipping Scenario
Example: 0.5 kg parcel to the USA by China Post. Reference shipping fee: $11.20. We reconfirm the current route rate before dispatch.
Storage Scenario
Example: 1,000 units at 8 x 7 x 3 cm. Reference charge: $0.07 per day, with an estimated $2.10 per month while the inventory remains in stock.
Storage Allowance
New customers can receive 30 days of free storage on an approved program. After the allowance, storage is calculated for remaining inventory after the daily cut-off.

Preparation is scoped against the destination requirements: labels, carton marks, bundles, poly bags, pallets and appointment details.
Special Work

Do you have minimum order requirements?
No. FulfillCN supports early-stage brands and growing stores. Your rate plan is shaped by SKU complexity, volume and destinations rather than a fixed minimum.
What is included in standard fulfillment?
Setup, standard receiving, SKU registration, general-package handling, normal packing material and integration support are part of the program. Postage or freight is quoted separately by route.
How is storage calculated?
Storage is charged daily for inventory remaining after the shipment cut-off, based on SKU volume. Products shipped during the day are not charged for that part of the storage period.
Can I get a fixed rate sheet?
Yes. Once we know your SKUs, packaging, service levels and markets, we can issue a rate sheet for recurring work. Unusual prep or exception work is confirmed before it is performed.
Can you quote DDP and FBA shipments?
Yes. We compare eligible routes and confirm product restrictions, customs requirements and marketplace receiving rules before finalizing the price.
